Paul E. Parr, 59, of Washington, PA died Thursday January 6, 2011, in Washington Hospital. He was born May 6, 1951, in Mansfield, OH the son of the late Clendon Norris Parr, Sr. and Loretta Berger Parr of Mansfield, OH. 

He graduated from Mansfield Senior High School in 1969 and Ohio Wesleyan University in 1973.

Mr. Parr was employed as a regional sales manager by Service Master. He was a member of the Washington Elks, Arms Club and Moose Lodge. He enjoyed playing golf. 

Surviving are five children, Erica (Richard) Frischmann of Coraopolis, Spencer (Tamara) Parr of Kansas City MO, and Zachary Paul Parr, Evan Ronald Parr and Kassandra Mae Parr; three brothers, Clendon "June" (Sherryl) Parr, Edmund Parr and William (Suzie) Parr; and two sisters, Bonnie (Jim) Debo and Carol Parr. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Cole Thorton Frischmann and Alaina Helene Parr; and many nieces and nephews; and his girlfriend, Dawna Galway. 

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Parr. 

A private Family Memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in the care of the Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home in Washington.
